This was the best Anniversary gift my husband could give me! The room was immaculate! Everything was wonderful, set-up prior to our arrival & was ready when we walked in the door. Privacy was great, did not hear a thing. The steam & jacuzzi worked wonders for my body. LOVED IT! We are recommending CL to all our friends & family! We will be back soon! Hospitality of the staff was great, very helpful gals at the desk. See you soon!

I searched everywhere for an outstanding hotel and was recommended The Champagne Lodge by my family. However this was the most memorable day of both mine and my fiancé's life. The great services started before the stay I made a call to the CL and told them as a female I was excited and wanted to propose to my fiancé. Right away the staff did it all they even had a BRAND NEW Proposal Package, including a gift card to a delicious and entertaining dinner. The CL's staff set up our dinner reservations and even let the Restaurant know of my plans. My fiancé never having such an experience I let him open our door to the room first we were both amazed. With our package we had the balloons, rose petals, champange and everything was so immaculate. It all took our breath away. Well at the Restaurant the wait staff was excited to help with my proposal but we actually both ended up proposing after seeing our room and the wonderful dinner it was all meant to be. The staff at CL was great and always there to answer the phone by the end of the night and a few drinks we didnt have to worry about driving for some more champagne they have that there too to purchase so no drinking and driving. The room was so quiet you can't hear anyone else. We didn't watch much of the TV but enjoyed the oversized jacuzzi, chocolate covered strawberries and fireplace while listening to wonderful music surround sound. Which you can hear in the relaxing steam shower right before slipping into the most comfortable bed and sleeping in! This was an unforgettable night! It was like a Princess's dream vacation far away from home. But the rates were perfect with so many extras included staff that treated us like family and it was all right down the road!!! We plan on returning very often!! If you're looking to make memories The Champagne Lodge is the place for you! Thank you Champagne Lodge.

We visited this last summer and had an amazing time. The staff was great and the location was wonderful, sort of secluded but not out of the way. My fiance surprised me with the trip for my birthday and then continued to surprise me with proposing that same weekend! With rose petals and candles the room was amazing and the stay was absolutely unforgettable we can't wait to come back again. Thank you for such a great experience!

All I can say is wow. This is a great place to stay — comfortable, cozy and romantic. Everything you could possibly need from spa packages to delivery in the area from local resturants. I was there for my anniversary and my girlfriend was so surprised and shocked that I think it was the best day of her life. She wants go back again as soon as possible, as do I. Everything from the the staff to the way everything was set up was wonderful and made our 1 year anniversary great. Thank You Champagne Lodge and STAFF!!!!

I cannot say enough about this amazing find! I live in Las Vegas, decadence capital of the world, and the Champagne Lodge surpassed my every expectation. I am a native of the Chicago area and took my boyfriend there to visit. I found the Champagne Lodge on-line and was not sure what to expect. While it was a little hard to find when we first arrived, it was definitely worth the search. I honestly had the best part of my vacation in the room! I have told everyone I know who lives in the Chicago area and anyone who is planning a trip that this is THE place to stay. For the extremely great rates, it is also an amazing value. The Jacuzzi tub is huge and amazing — I can say the same for the shower. The bedding offered the most comfortable and best night's sleep I have had in years. I honestly wanted to pack up the bed and take it home with me. If you are even considering staying here — DO IT!!! You will not be disappointed.

The Champagne Lodge was absolutely amazing! I came to the lodge to surprise my husband and he was so happy with the room and the massages. This was a birthday gift from me to him and he was just in shock, the room was so clean and fresh ohhh, that was the best. We had a great time, he never expected this and was so happy that I chose this place to surprise him with. I will definitely be back and quite a few of my friends are very interested in finding accomodations also, that is how much I've bragged about this hotel. Please keep up the good work and a special thank you to the front desk staff who were great!!!! Such lovely women who attended to your needs, that is what will make me come back thanks so much again!

I was very satisfied with my stay at the Champagne Lodge. The staff and rooms were amazing, the location was easy to get to and they made me feel right at home. The customer service was just awesome and the room was beautiful, from the king size bed to the hot tub to the steam room, I can't even remember the last time I enjoyed my stay away from home so much, my next get-away trip with definitely be with the Champagne Lodge, no questions asked. I recommend this hotel to anyone that enjoys great service and cozy rooms. Thank you staff.

The Champagne Lodge is definitely a hidden jewel. We planned a mid-week escape that far exceeded our expectations. The staff was extremely helpful, and the lodge is close to the Burr Ridge dining spots. On a snowy night it was great to return to a roaring fire to enjoy a bottle of wine in the whirpool. We will surely be return customers.

I was very satisfied with my stay at the Champagne Lodge. The staff and the rooms were amazing, they treated me and my wife like royalty - we got lost getting there but the location is very cozy and close to many shopping areas. Beware not to fall asleep in the steam showers they have, they are very relaxing! Big plus on the personal masseuse they have on staff - I love the staff and the hotel I do recommend anyone to stay here!

As a business man I travel to a lot and stay in a lot of hotels, and let me tell you, as a traveler the Champagne Lodge is not your average hotel. A travel agent booked me there and I was impressed. Starting off, the lobby is quite small, but cozy with a fireplace, candles lit and music (not your average hotel elevator music but more smooth new age jazz.) The front desk staff was not only well dressed and attentive to my every need, but knew the area very well and recommended great restaurants and nightlife spots. They are well informed on events in Chicago as well as their area, thanks guys! My room was amazing - from the comfortable bed to the whirlpool, and what I enjoyed most was the great steam showers they have in every room! Why do I like this place? Well, I'm used to your average hotel with your average front desk with a robot attitude the Champagne Lodge has more personalized service. This will be my first choice next time I'm in Chicago. Oh did I mention the personal masseuse they have on staff?

My fiance and I came to the Lodge very suprised. The room was so amazing we could not believe it. We had a great time and wanted to stay longer after seeing the room. The staff were were friendly and helpful. I would go back again in a heartbeat.
