All massages styles can be incorporated within the time of the massage.

30 minute massage - 45

60 minute massage - 75

90 minute massage - 105

*You can add 15 or 30 minute increments at a $1 a minute.

Swedish

A relaxing massage with minimum pressure designed to relieve stress. This allows oxygen to flow through the body which releases toxins out of sore muscles.

Deep Tissue

A slow deep pressure massage which helps to realign deeper layers of the muscles and connective tissues.

Reflexology

This ancient Egyptian science promotes over all good health through massaging specific pressure points of the hands and feet that connect to different body systems. This is a 30 minute treatment that can be incorporated with any of the other massages.
