CL Guaranteed Reservation Policy

You may guarantee your reservation with a deposit of 50% of the first night's stay. We recommend that you guarantee your reservation. If you do not guarantee your reservation it will be based on Availability.

Please note: CL Rewards Member reservations are always Guaranteed and Rewards Members are not required to pay a deposit upon booking, except for holidays and special events.

CL Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. Please refer to the cancellation policies below.

Guaranteed Reservation Cancellation

You may cancel your reservation prior to 24 hours before your arrival date and we will refund your deposit, minus a $20 per room cancellation fee. If you cancel your reservation within 24 hours of your scheduled check-in time, or do not show up at all, you are liable for a 1 night's room plus tax. Your deposit will be forfeited and you will be charged the other 50%.

Reservations Based On Availability

You may cancel your reservation prior to 24 hours before your arrival date however, you will be charged a $20 per room cancellation fee. If you cancel your reservation within 24 hours of your scheduled check-in time, or do not show up at all, you are liable for a 1 night's room plus tax. Your credit card will be charged for 1 night plus tax.

If you choose to reserve your room under (Reservation Based On Availability), please state reservation based on availability in the special request box. All other reservations will be automatically charged 50% at the time of booking and your suite will be guaranteed.

Perishable Item, Package, Suite Decoration and Spa Service Cancellation

All perishable items, packages, suite decoration and spa services must be cancelled prior to 48 hours of your scheduled check-in time or you will be charged the full amount.
